The Program
Our Kids & Teens Fitness Program uses proven CrossFit methodology to combine functional workouts with skill development, all wrapped in games, play, and friendly challenges.
Every session is tailored to ability, so whether your child is brand-new to exercise or already plays a sport, they'll be coached with the right scaling and encouragement.
The goal isn't to create gym rats. It's to teach young people how to move well, move often, and enjoy the process. Habits that last a lifetime.
What's Included

Two Classes
Two separate classes, each with programming suited to where young athletes are in their development.
Foundational Movement
Packed with games, obstacle-style workouts, and fun skill challenges. We focus on coordination, balance, listening, and teamwork, setting young athletes up with great habits, early.
Strength & Skill Progression
A step up in technique and intensity. Teens learn proper lifting mechanics, progress through gymnastics skills, and build genuine strength, all with the right load and scaling for their age.
Our Aims
What young athletes walk away with, week after week.
Learn the squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry patterns that support every sport, and every day of life.
There's nothing like doing something you didn't think you could. Confidence grows rep by rep, class by class.
Develop body awareness, balance, and age-appropriate strength: the building blocks for every sport.
Discipline and persistence are trainable. Kids learn to stick with tough tasks and bounce back from setbacks.
The real goal: young people who genuinely enjoy being active, long after they leave our program.
Training alongside peers builds community. Kids leave with training partners, teammates, and real friendships.
