GYMNASTICS Tabata handstands WOD 6 Deadlift 30 Double under 5 Muscle up 6 rounds, 1 exercise every minute Deadlifts should be heavy, similar as weight you would use for 5 x 5 strength work. If you haven’t got muscle ups use the minute for progressions or Pull ups and push ups/dips to build strength.
