He wasn’t sure if he could handle CrossFit at that stage…Now he’s making great progress every week, really focusing on improving technique with every exercise, getting proficient with Olympic lifting, working towards a kipping pull up and committing to eating paleo/primal. I’m looking forward to seeing great results in the next few months!!
