They’ve been training here since they were 13 and both feature on our Leaderboard (Raygjon unofficially got 1st for Double Unders on Wednesday) They’ve both turned 16 this week so this workout is kinda like a birthday present from CrossFit Birkenhead.

- 100 Squat
