(2km) Josh in the red shirt, off to a good start.
Josh finished 24th overall, Alana 28th, great results. Both athletes were competing in their first multi day CrossFit event and placed well in events on the 3rd day, showing they had the stamina to keep going after 8 workouts! They’ve earned themselves about a week off training!
