Todays workout is part of the CrossFit Taurus New Zealand Nationals Qualifier which is on for the next 2 weeks. It has similarities to the CrossFit Open which most of you participated in a few months ago. There are scaling options for all of the workouts, they will be held on Monday and Thursday this week and next.
We’re doing workout 3 first because of all the pull ups we had programmed on Friday.

- 40 Goblet squat (32/24)
- 30 cal row
- 20 Handstand push up/hand release push up
- 10 Muscle up
