It was great to get together with Jamie, Hala and members of Kiakaha on such a fine day in the sun. The workout was tough, featuring some unusual and challenging exercises, there were tactics a plenty and even a game of Burpee Tag!!
Thanks to Jason and Matt from CF Newmarket for bringing the BBQ and sandbags, just in time!! Those sandbags took a beating from people like Rob, getting some height in the photo above.
