If you’ve mastered the double under, it’s time to work on your triple! We’ve had these in the past just a few times and some people got their first triples, hoping for a few more today. Spend a maximum of 90 seconds on the skipping, scale to 5 or 10 triples, or 20 attempts. If you’re still learning doubles, aim for 40 or 60 in the 90 seconds. If your run takes over 2 minutes, scale it down to 300m.
