[singlepic id=1317 w=210 h=220 float=right]CFB members Sonn, Tas, Olivia, Alana, Sara, Ray plus a few friends made up a team entered in the Tough Mudder on Sunday at Hampton Downs. Sonn’s account of the experience “18 km, 11 obstacles, neck high mud, 2 high leaps into water below, 2 electric shock obstacles, ice bath, crawling through underground trenches, vertical climbing walls, even a fireman lift… tough, but better than expected. Only CrossFit training required. I would do it again”. Great to hear they can all turn up for a 2 to 3 hour event and complete it using just CrossFit classes as preparation!
