The first Open workout is definitely testing endurance!
Registrations for the Open close on Tuesday before 2pm so it’s not too late to get amongst it.
If possible, get in touch if you’re wanting to enter the Open ahead of arriving at a class, to help us organize heats. Those not entered in the Open will be doing a slightly different version of the workout.
Also, as always there are scaled options available.

- 7.5m Overhead barbell lunge (43/29)
- 8 Bar facing burpee
- 7.5m Overhead barbell lunge
- 8 Chest to bar pull up
20 minutes, as many rounds as possible
