Last week I visited CrossFit 604 in Vancouver, the most well equipped CrossFit gym I’ve been to yet. All comp bumper plates, 40 barbells, about 10 Air bikes, 10 GHD’s, 10 Rowers and even air conditioning! (sorry, we will not be getting air conditioning guys…). Was surprising to hear there are only 10 CrossFit gyms in the city of Vancouver, with a population of 4 million. New Zealand has almost 120 with the same population!
Gymnastics:
- Plance progressions
- L sit
- Hollow rocks
4 rounds
W.O.D.
- 1 Snatch
- 4 burpee bar hop
EMOM 15 minutes
