Our 4 week nutrition challenge officially starts today, if you haven’t got a card up on the wall, do it next time you’re in. If you need more info or still haven’t decided what to do for the challenge get in touch with me or ask one of the coaches.
Gymnastics:
- Accumulate 2 minutes of L sit
- Alternate with Planche progressions
Strength:
- Weighted pull up
- Shoulder press
- 4 x 3 rep
W.O.D.
- Row 700
- 60 Wall ball
- 50 Box jump
- 40 Kettle bell swing (24/16)
- 30 Burpee
15 minute cap
Wod today is a decreasing rep chipper, you should be able to move through the exercises with minimal rests. Try to push as far as you can before breaking reps on each exercise. For the burpees at the end remember to keep moving, you can rest when you’re done.
