So Daylight Saving ended yesterday. It’ll get dark an hour earlier in the evening so if you’ve been thinking of trying out the early morning classes, this is the best week to do that. You’re effectively starting work an hour later Today, so instead of sleeping in for that extra hour, you could get out of bed and have your workout done before going to work, then go straight home in the evening. Sounds great right?
