I’ve had some time to relax and moved a few things around in the gym. Bennett is still away in the South Island till Thursday and said he’s feeling refreshed and ready to bring lots of energy back to classes. Coady has returned to coaching and has been filling in for Bennett, you should see him at one of the classes you attend this week!

Classes for Monday are 6.30am, 9.15am, 4.45pm and 5.45pm, please remember to book in. Normal timetable resumes on Tuesday.
