We’re back to full class timetable from today. Hoping to see almost everyone back to training this week, I know some of you are lucky enough to still be away on holiday!
The start of the year is a common time for goals to be set, if you’ve made any regarding your health and fitness, make sure you tell us coaches about it, we’d love to help you reach them. Also, now would be a good time to get a monthly goal sheet going. Ask a coach for one and they can help you set a plan to succeed in reaching monthly goals.

- 8 Power clean
