Big congrats to the girls who competed in the comp. In the scaled division Alison got 2nd and Desireé got 4th. Suzie was in the Rx division and finished in 5th place.

2 rounds (14 minute cap)
Think about whether you need to break up the first set of wall balls to be able to go well on the upcoming pull ups. Scale back the number of pull ups if you aren’t able to do 5+ unbroken. Also scale number of double unders if required to allow yourself to get back to them in the second round.
