The Open workout this week tests your gymnastics skill and abdominal endurance with high reps of toe to bar. You may need to break them up early to keep consecutive reps going. 50 Double unders will test your coordination, the squat cleans will definitely test your strength. Go for single reps on the squat cleans and try to keep consistent short rests between reps.
If you’re going scaled, the workout is hanging knee raises and single skips with lighter squat cleans. Info will be on the whiteboard.

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
- 25 Toe to bar
- 50 Double under
- 15 squat clean (61/38)
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
- 25 Toe to bar
- 50 Double under
- 13 squat clean (83/52)
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
- 25 Toe to bar
- 50 Double under
- 11 squat clean (102/65)
