Gymnastics:
- Handstand roll outs
- Ring holds
W.O.D.
‘Partner workout’
- 18 Deadlift (50/35)
- 18 Power clean
- 18 Shoulder to overhead
18 minutes as many rounds as possible
Both partners will do 6 burpees between each exercise, so 18 burpees per round. One person at a time doing reps with the bar, burpees can be done together.
