The open workout this week starts with Muscle Ups for Rx!! Those of you who have been practicing well have a great chance of getting your first Muscle Up. The incentive of it being in competition can make all the difference, just like the first pull ups that happened during 15.2. Remember it’s classes as normal at 8am and 9.15, those competing at 10.30 please book in via Mindbody.
