We have got a bunch of new sandbags this week. There are 7 different weights including a 90kg for those of you that were finding 80 easy.
WOD ‘Partner Relay’
8 Deadlift
8 Bar facing burpee
Run 200
5 rounds (24 minute cap)
The deadlift weight should be about 60-70% of your 1 RM. Should be one barbell per team, you can change the weight while your partner is on the run.
