Hi, I live in Beachhaven and am currently based in Afghanistan for 6 months with the NZ defence force. I follow your website over here carrying out your WODs daily. I note that Satdays WOD was “Murph”. On Monday 29 May is Memorial Day for the US guys. I have met some guys who said they knew the guy “Murph” and tomorrow they will be throwing down his workout. The guys will be doing it in our issued body armour (15kg) in memory of him. 3 of us Navy personnel did it today in the vest, with the times varying from 48mins to 62 mins. Its a privilege following your website from this side of the world. Keep up the good work at home. PS – 41degrees today (yuck).
