Partner push ups 10 to 1 and 1 to 10*

- 30 Front squat (45/30)
- 30 Pull up
- Run 300
30 minutes, as many rounds as possible
*Choose a partner. For every rep, partner 1 does 1 rep and partner 2 does the next. (After doing 1 rep, you can’t do another until your partner has completed theirs) Run 300 together.
