Friends and family most welcome. Just bring a plate of salad etc. We’ll supply meat for the BBQ, eating utensils, condiments etc. A couple of members have organized some fun and games…I promise no surprise workouts though!
The HPU Playoffs are on Today from 1pm. Event starts at Waitakere Trusts Stadium Lincoln Rd Henderson then from 3.30pm Event will be back at CrossFit HPU at 186 Victoria St West Auckland City.
