Partner 1 goes through a full round, fast, without breaking reps. Partner 2 starts when partner 1 returns from the run.
Use a challenging weight that you can do 3 touch & go reps with, scale the T2B to keep them consecutive, move fast through the box jumps and sprint the 200. The key is to hit each round hard, don’t get caught cruising.
