In teams of 3, 1 person runs 100m, another will do a prone hold while the 3rd person does clean & jerk. Once the runner returns they will take over clean & jerk, the prone holder runs and the lifter moves to prone hold. Prone hold must be in place for the clean & jerk to count. *Score is the teams total clean & jerks.
