Thanks to everyone who entered, the volunteers helping on the day and those who were unable to make it, but still contributed a donation. Like at all CrossFit events, the atmosphere was amazing and everyone stepped up the intensity for the workout. Great scores from everyone!!

A round is 1 minute at each exercise with a continuously running clock. 1 minute rest between rounds .
Count reps (calories for rower) and the total of all 3 rounds is your score.

My score looks quite good, but is doesn’t say that I actually scaled the scaled version. Haha! Was still a HUGE effort for me and would have given up so many times if it wasn’t for my counter encouraging me. So massive thanks to Matt! Am soooo paying for it today though…ouch!
