Hi, I’m ok! and just to clarify I didn’t injure myself doing exercise!! crushed index finger putting the barbell away after class (duh). Had to get a hole drilled in the nail to release the blood/pressure, ugh, wouldn’t recommend it…See you all soon hopefully!!
