You have 3 minutes to finish a round. If you finish under 3 minutes, you get another 3 minutes to do the next round. The workout finishes when you can’t complete the round in time, or complete 6 rounds. The weights for various divisions will be on the whiteboard, or you can watch the video demo and look them up Here
