Scale the pull ups with a band and HSPU with ab mats so you can get 5+ reps in the first set.

10 Shoulder to overhead (60/40)
10 Toe to bar
Max reps of double unders in remaining time
Rest 30 seconds

Your score is number of double unders completed. Scale the barbell weight and toe to bar to allow at least 30 seconds for double unders. If you can’t do double unders, just count your attempts.
