The first 2018 CrossFit Open workout gets released at 2pm on Friday! Great to see a large percentage of members have entered so far. If you’re undecided as yet, Sonn has some info below that should convince you to jump in;

At CFB we will be making the ‘Open’ our Monday night fun night and it’s for everyone! For those members new to CrossFit this is for you too! Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been coming to the gym, the workouts will be RX or scaled just like usual. First one will be Monday 26 February and runs for 5 weeks.
We will once again be organising everyone into teams and have a fun in house competition running… points for things like best team outfit for the week, loudest cheer squad etc. Of course we will also be awarding points for PBs and top overall scores in each division. Maybe even some points for guessing the upcoming WOD movements!?
For me the ‘Open’ is a chance to see how far I’ve come this past year and set new goals for myself. It always makes me feel proud of what everyone can do. You often discover in an ‘Open WOD’ more about yourself than you ever knew!!! Most important thing is to sign up.
