I’m expecting Pull ups, probably chest to bar, deadlifts and/or squat cleans. The only other movements I can think of that are left are something with a kettlebell(snatch, TGU, swing), overhead squats and handstand push ups. Is there anything I’ve missed? Or how about a 20min AMRAP of Fran??
