Paul G has designed the below WOD as his farewell before moving back home to Australia. The 25 reps represent the 25 months since he started CrossFit here. He said this week CrossFit and CFB has been his favorite thing in New Zealand, mostly because of all the great people here. He’s made about 30 friends at the gym, so there’s a total of 30 man makers in the workout.
His last workout is today at 5.45pm, try to come down and see him off!
