Their first WOD begins at 7.20am!! at Victoria Park. Scheduled to finish around 12.00. Come along and support these guys. Hopefully we’ll have more members thinking about entering crossfit comps in 2015 – if that’s you, you should definitely pop over the bridge to see what this is all about. (p.s.
