Jo’s first kipping pull up yesterday! She managed to get 8 completed in the open workout. It may have taken some convincing to get her to enter, but I’m sure she’s glad she did now…that pull up was 5 years in the making!!!
We had another first ever pull up from Carly as well, she wasn’t even close when warming up, then out of no where almost completed 2 rounds.
