He started on the timer with two others who were planning to do attempts every minute for 14 minutes. 7 minutes later he was onto Wall Balls, then Double Unders, for which he hadn’t prepared a skipping rope! He ended up completing a full round and almost got another Muscle Up in the second round. Pretty amazing to back up a first Muscle Up with 6 more, especially after trying unsuccessfully for a good few months.
