Shoulder to overhead (60/40)
Toe to bar
Box jump
10 to 1 rep (15 minute cap)
The 10 to 1 workout is often harder than you expect. Scale weight to do the shoulder to overhead unbroken, focus on moving quickly between exercises (which should be done without breaking reps/resting) to get a good time.
