The time caps are there to promote intensity and keep everyone using the appropriate weights and scaling. Long gone are the days of some members finishing ‘Rx’ but taking 3 times longer than the best time. A similar situation should occur for AMRAPS, aim to get close to the top number of rounds completed by scaling to suit. 12 rounds anyone?
