We’ll set up some obstacles for advanced members to handstand walk over/around before the roll out. We’ll have progressions set up for ring holds also.

10 Front squat (80/55)
20 Deadlift
3 rounds (15 minute cap)
The front squat is intended to be heavier/harder than the deadlift. Please don’t ask a coach if you can set up a heavier bar for deadlifts. You’ll have 5-10 minutes to do a few sets building up the weight for the front squats.
