The first CrossFit Open workout for 2016 gets released on Friday at 2pm, only 3 days away! Just like last year, there’s a scaled version so everyone is able to participate. If you’re not sure about entering because you think you’re not ready, have a talk to one of our newest members Jo. She’s entered and only has 1 month of Crossfit experience!
