They’re currently going through a coaching development program which is preparing them to take CrossFit Classes. Watch out for one of the 4 new interns helping out in some classes from this week. They’re all either currently studying in the fitness industry, or have been members here for multiple years. The intern coaches are Sophia, Hamish, Mikah and Matt Piggin.
