Spend 5 minutes building up snatch weight, then;
2 Power snatch
30 Double under
5 rounds
rest 2 minutes
2 Squat snatch
15 Box jump
5 rounds
1 exercise every minute
You can use the 5 power snatch rounds to get the lifts feeling good, then increase the weight for the squat snatches.
