Over the last 6 months he’s gone from ‘you call that a squat’!?! to ‘almost there’ to ‘hmm maybe if you were lucky with a judge they’d pass that’ and yesterday he’s squatting right down with 60, 70, 80kg. Overhead squats are next Donald!!

- 20 Pull up
- 10 Toe to bar
