You will have the opportunity to do the games workout over the 5 weeks on;
Thursday evening at 6.30pm or Saturday morning at 8.00 or 9.15
For Saturday, the Workout of the Day will be the games workout so all those who haven’t entered will get the chance to have a go. If you are entered in the games you must book in advance from one of the 3 options. This is so I can organise judges, you can’t have your workout validated unless you have an approved judge scoring you.
CrossFitters who have entered the games but aren’t members at Birkenhead can also book to have their workout validated here, cost is $10. You can book your official workout via email or txt, details on contact page.
