We had two Masters teams in the Metcon Madness CrossFit comp on Saturday. An all outdoor comp that had them pushing through a total of 5 workouts! Aaron’s Arsenal finished 8th and CFB Gun Runners right behind them in 11th 💪🏼

rest 2 minutes
2 Squat snatch
15 Box jump
5 rounds
1 exercise every minute
You can use the 5 power snatch rounds to get the lifts feeling good, then increase the weight for the squat snatches.
