The morning crew were unfortunately subjected to a slightly longer variation of the workout (2 x 800m with 400 in the middle) this was due to me writing the workout up from memory at 5.45am (while potentially sleeping) Johnny spotted it just before the evening classes started and it was quickly changed 🙂 Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
