First time we’re officially doing Karen at CFB, so no trackback on this benchmark workout (Open workout 12.4 and 13.3 started with 150 wall balls then 90 double under, 30 muscle up)! How you break up the reps depend on your stamina. If you think you can go unbroken, give it a go! The recommendation for most would be consistently hitting 5-15 reps and keeping those breaks short!
