A trail up Grouse Mountain which was 2983 steps going up 853 metres over a distance of 2.9km. Workout time was 47.58. I really regretted running the first 500 steps, the next 2500 were much steeper!
A guy named Gershon was doing calisthenics practice at the top of the mountain, so we got a dual celebration handstand and talked some CrossFit as recovery. Tomorrow I may not be able to walk…
