It’s the first time I can remember him doing an afternoon class in the 6+years he’s been training here. Could be some untapped evening strength potential. Some people seem to be stronger in the evenings and others more so in the morning. I’d love to get my workouts done in the early morning but the few times I’ve tried they haven’t gone well…
