We’ve had long intense workouts the last 2 days, but today has focus on gymnastic skill. There are a few scaling options for each exercise so everyone can work at their ability. There will also be time to work on your goals for about 15 minutes at the start of class.

Broad jump 15 metres in as few jumps as possible
3 Pull up as slow as possible
Max set of strict freestanding handstand push up
5 attempts at each, rest as needed between attempts
Record lowest number of jumps, longest pull up time, and reps of handstand push up.
